The
Bonus Promotion is for new BetPad.com

A customer is eligible for only one sign-up
bonus, and only one customer per household will be
allowed to participate in the promotion. Customer
must wager $100 during the first 30 days after
sign-up to receive the sign-up bonus, which will be
deposited into the customer's wagering account.
Customer must make the required $50 initial deposit
to comply with Oregon Racing Commission rules
regarding Account Wagering, and must submit a signed
BetPad.com Draft Authorization or EZmoney Form
within the first 30 days after sign-up to be
eligible to receive the bonus.
